What is rooted?
Rooted is a monthly gathering centered on faith, life, and work moving in the same direction. Each meeting creates space to slow down, reflect, and engage in honest, guided conversation around calling, leadership, relationships, and the realities of everyday life. Rooted is less about performance and more about alignment — helping you live and lead from a grounded place rather than running on empty.

welcoming space for those seeking encouragement, clarity, and growth—no matter
the season you’re in.
When Do We Meet?
We meet the 2nd Wednesday of Every Month at 9am PST | 12pm EST via Zoom. We also host a couple in-person events each year to often kick off events like Tom Ferry Summit and eXp Con. We will always announce when the in-person events are.
Rooted In Real Life | eXp Con
We’re taking Rooted IRL to eXp Con! Worship. Prayer. Honest conversation. One hour before the day starts, with people who want their work to matter without losing what matters most. Nothing to buy it’s FREE to all who want to come. If you’ll be at eXp Con, save the date.
